Scholarship Program Associate

Do you desire a multi-functional role that allows you to handle program administration, outreach, and planning of meetings and trainings?
The Community Foundation of Western Mass seeks a Scholarship Program Associate to support the Scholarship department. Your role supports both scholarship and interest-free loans programs to ensure that students in the community can successfully further their education. Primary responsibilities include: management of workflow, assistance with administration and implementation of technology, communicating with students and other constituents, supporting meetings/trainings/workshops and some aspects of program outreach, and working directly with applicants, volunteers and other constituents to ensure success of the program.
To successfully tackle this role, you must have an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 1-2 years in administrative and program support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, customer focused, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent knowledge of computer software including relational databases and MS Office is required. Superb verbal and written communication skills are also necessary.
