The candidate joining this team will be a key player in the firm’s continued success in creating financial clarity and security for clients and their families.
This is a temp to hire opportunity ranging from $35,000 - $45,000 a year
- Running reports
- Maintaing client records
- Communcation/Follow up with clients
- Filing documents
- Upkeep with database management
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an a administrative assistant role, customer service or similar role; a knack for organization and time management; a desire to help others; a high level of attention to detail; tech savviness including demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems ; top-notch communication skills; and a love for continuous improvement and learning.
