Deliso Financial and Insurance Services is seeking a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small financial practice in a period of growth. The candidate joining this team will be a strategic partner in the firm’s expansion and will have opportunity to grow and advance within the company.
Duties include: implementing programs in alignment with the firm’s strategic and operations plan, providing day-to-day oversight of operations to ensure that the company’s mission, vision and core values are present, implementation of efficient and compliant procedures, preparing weekly reports, managing calendars, and tracking open cases to completion.
The successful candidate will have 5 years+ of experience in office/administrative management and/or practice management, preferably in a financial setting; knowledge of industry CRM tools; financial planning knowledge; experience with structuring compliance; strong leadership background; excellent verbal and written communication skills; insurance and health license preferred with willingness to procure series 6, 63; and a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
