Job Description :

United Personnel is seeking an organized Practice Coordinator for a local financial practice who can interact with clients and has an eye for details. Our client serves individuals, business owners, and professionals who are focused on retirement and security. This role is responsible for the overall direction and administration of the practice. Responsibilities include: implementing programs that align with the firm's strategic plan and operation plan; providing day-to-day oversight of operations and making sure the company's mission, vision and care values are present in what and how we serve our clients and all whom we come in contact with. Ensure efficient and compliant procedures are being followed.

Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Help direct and participate in growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans

  • Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the practice team members

  • Ensure team members receive timely and appropriate training and development

  • Develop, establish, and direct execution of operation policies to support overall company policies and objectives

  • Prepare weekly reports

  • Schedule/prepare multiple Advisors for client appointments

  • Managing calendars

  • Track open cases to completion and follow up as needed with underwriting departments and or clients

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business or Finance preferred)

  • 5 years of experience in practice oversight and coordination for financial firm

  • Knowledge of Industry CRM tools, financial planning, structuring compliance, Registered Investment Advisor, and insurance industry

  • Strong leadership background required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Insurance and Health license preferred with willingness to procure series 6, 63

  • Ability to ensure compliance of firm's policies and procedures

  • Maintain client confidentiality
