United Personnel is in search of a Manager of Client Services for a local financial planning firm in West Springfield, MA. Hours: Monday through Friday
Salary: Commensurate with Experience
You would be responsible for:
- Managing Client Services
- Maintaining Required Minimum Distributions List
- Compliance
- Handling customer questions and concerns
- Assisting with Client Appreciation Events
- Preparing for meetings
- Running various reports
- Opening new accounts
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in the financial services industry specifically retirement accounts
- Knowledge of compliance related to financial planning
- High level of customer service and a knack for problem-solving
- Strong financial acumen
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance is preferred
- Desire for growth and continued learning
