Florence Bank is looking for an experienced, community-oriented HRIS/Payroll Administrator to oversee processing of employee payroll and manage upgrades to the system. The successful candidate will be team-oriented, analytical, and result-focused, with the initiative and ability to identify opportunities for process improvement while delivering excellent results. Reporting to the Human Resource and Affirmative Action Manager, the HRIS/Payroll Administrator leads daily payroll operations and reporting, including overseeing systems-related HR Projects, creating and running varying reports, resolving questions concerning issues related to payroll and resolving problems in a timely manner for internal customers. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to work with internal and external auditors and maintain the employee facing pages of the ADP system.
Requirements include: an associate’s degree or equivalent experience-based knowledge, 3 years of ADP Workforce Now payroll processing experience, and solid understanding of payroll and Federal and State payroll tax laws and report writing. Other key credentials include: strong knowledge of Excel, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to organize and write procedures in a logical manner, excellent attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidential information.
