The Jamrog Group is seeking a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership of responsibilities, and great customer service skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small financial planning practice with opportunity for continuous growth and learning. The candidate joining this team will be a key player in the firm’s continued success in creating financial clarity and security for clients and their families.
Duties include: preparing for client meetings including preparing materials, scheduling appointments, drafting meeting agendas, pre-filling forms, or preparing client presentations; maintaining the client database and assisting with client service requests; tracking data and managing excel spreadsheets; planning events and workshops; managing social media accounts; handling typical administrative duties such as scanning, filing, and assisting with technology issues; and providing overall support to the firm and executive team to drive seamless business operations and great customer experience.
The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, customer service or similar role; a knack for organization and time management; a desire to help others; a high level of attention to detail; tech savviness including demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred); top-notch communication skills; and a love for continuous improvement and learning. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, we welcome applicants with non-traditional educational pathways and commensurate life/work experience.
