Employee Benefits Account Manager

Webber and Grinnell are seeking an experienced Account Manager focused on Employee Benefits to join their team. The ideal candidate will have past experience with employee benefits management, compliance guidance and client retention. This position will be responsible for managing and servicing employer groups for health, life & disability, dental, vision, etc., as well as coordinating renewal activities, marketing for options, and presenting. This role will also provide general human resources support to employer for employee benefits.
Requirements include: a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience-based knowledge, 2-4 years of experience in an employee benefits position or a similar role and understanding of the benefits process. Other key credentials include: administration and management skills, willingness to act as a team player, ability to work independently, and customer and personal service skills. The ideal candidate will also have a MA Life and Health License or be willing to obtain one and HR knowledge is a plus.
