Job Description :
United Personnel is seeking a Customer Success Associate (Renewal Coordinator) for a local nonprofit focused on education. This is a great full-time, temporary opportunity to join a fantastic organization. You will be responsible for carrying out client management and sales strategies that are proactive and responsive to existing customer needs and CSR growth metrics.
Length: Temporary through June at minimum
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Pay: $17.50-18.73/hour
This position maintains client relationships with customers and promotes the sale of additional services.
In this role, you will:
- Gather customer data and implement proactive and responsive client management strategies
- Conduct renewal calls with customers to promote and coordinate purchase of additional services
- Enter and maintain customer data in Salesforce
- Identify and contact schools for additional contracted services
- Utilize Salesforce client data to provide on-going support to customers
- Remain up to date on all services
- Provide assistance to team members
- Perform effectively as a team player in a highly collaborative environment

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Work well in a highly collaborative environment
- High attention to detail
- Exemplary customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
- Demonstrated interest in education and organization's mission
