The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of related financial leadership experience in small- to mid-sized manufacturer, a strong track record of successful analysis, forecasting and leadership as well as establishment of financial systems and controls and drive for expansion and process improvement. Duties include: complete financial management and reporting (internal and external); risk mitigation; oversight of compliance (insurance, taxes, etc.); extensive analysis and forecasting to drive business and operational strategy, management of information technology, internal communications and administrative duties (personnel, contracts, etc.). Requirements include: minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, outstanding written and oral communication skills, 5-10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership, the ability to engage and educate staff, build financial operations and work in close collaboration with the senior management team as well as operational leaders to drive the financial stability and overall growth of the organization. This will include establishing internal financial goals and identifying new efficiencies and savings through a continuous improvement process. CPA certification and M&A experience preferred.
