Process Plant Operator
United Personnel has partnered with American River Nutrition in search of a qualified Process Plant Operator at their Hadley, MA facility. American River Nutrition is a small, privately owned manufacturing company specializing in the production of Vitamin E.
Hours: Full time 40 hour/week schedule based on production needs and will likely include overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum 3-4 years of production experience; including technical equipment operation, ideally in a liquid chemical processing facility. Prior experience must include hands-on problem identification and resolution. Ideal industries experience would include food production (e.g., dairy), pharmaceutical, or nutritional supplements.
Demonstrated experience monitoring and controlling flow-rates, temperature, and pressure process parameters are necessary for this position. Working knowledge of safety protocols and quality metrics. All OSHA standards and company procedures must be followed to exact specifications. OSHA 10 needed.
