Job Description :

Perform substantially varied and complex clerical, administrative and other assigned HR tasks to support one or more of the disciplines within the Human Resources functions. These disciplines may include Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, Recruiting, Training, Diversity & Worklife, the Global Assignment Program, and HRIS. Duties may include support of such tasks as new employee orientation and on-boarding, immigration process assistance,


payroll processing, benefits administration and open enrollment, compilation and maintenance of hard and soft employee records, and recruiting support, including the coordination and scheduling of interviews. Perform other related duties as required and assigned, including other administrative support needs and special projects or tasks. Resolves most questions and


problems, and refers only the most complex issues to a higher level.

 

            Ensure customer needs are met with accurateand timely responses.

Required Qualifications :









·       Technical/Business Schoolcertification(s)


·       AA/AS degree with 3-5+ years ofexperience


·       BA/BS degree with 2-4+ years ofexperience



PHR Certification a plus
